Infinity Manpower Group Ltd was founded as Infinitives Security in June 2022, marking the start of our journey in the security and event management industry. Our first major project was working with the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, setting a strong foundation for our future endeavors. As we grew, we expanded into Stadium Security, Event Security & Stewarding, successfully executing 77 events across various locations in the United Kingdom with 14 satisfied clients.

We extend our gratitude to Mohini, who founded Infinitives Security Company as the Director, and Devansh, who later joined as the Business Development Manager, playing a pivotal role in our expansion and success.

Building on our early success, 2023 was a year of steady growth and strengthened client relationships. We continued providing highly qualified and experienced staff for our contracts from the previous year. In September 2023, we rebranded from Infinitives Security Company to Infinity Manpower Group, reflecting our expanding range of services.

Additionally, we introduced training programs for our staff, including Door Supervisor Training, First Aid Training, and Health & Safety courses, in collaboration with a reputed training institute. This initiative enhanced the skill set of our workforce and ensured higher service standards.

Breaking our own records, we covered over 153 events across the UK in 2023. We also ventured into new sectors, providing static site security and pub security services.

2024 has been a turning point for Infinity Manpower Group, pushing us closer to our future mission: to meet every client’s needs with excellence. To achieve this, our HR Manager, Virti, an expert in Event and Crowd Management, introduced innovative manpower supply solutions.

This year, we expanded our services beyond security, now offering:

• Traffic Marshalls
• Cleaners & Housekeeping
• Receptionist Services

We also collaborated with NVQ Level 2 & Level 2 Spectator Safety Training Providers to further enhance our staff’s qualifications.

With the dedication and hard work of our team, we successfully completed more than 221 events, employed over 302 staff members, and achieved a 99% client satisfaction rate.
